Arrive with freshly washed, product-free hair. If your hair requires washing at the appointment, additional fees apply.

Detangled Hair

Hair must be fully detangled before you arrive. Extra detangling during your appointment will cost additional.

Reschedule Notice

Need to move your appointment? Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Late Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. Please be sure of your schedule before booking.
